How to use microsoft lists app?

Microsoft Lists is a Microsoft 365 app, like any other Office 365 app like Outlook, word, excel, Power, point, share Point Online, Microsoft Forms, Yammer, One, and note, etc. We can use the Microsoft lists app to track information and organize work . It is like a Share. Point Online list.

A query we ran across in our research was “How to use Microsoft lists with PowerApps?”.

This is what we ran into. you can create a list from the Office 365 app launcher, from the mobile app, and also you can create and use Microsoft Lists within Microsoft Teams. Not only this, you can also integrate Microsoft lists with PowerApps and Power Automate. Microsoft announced in May 2020 about a new upcoming Office 365 app or Microsoft 365 Apps as Microsoft Lists.

At Build 2020, we introduced Microsoft Lists, a smart information tracking app in Microsoft 365. Today, we’re thrilled to announce Microsoft Lists begins roll out to Microsoft 365 business customers worldwide, starting this month with the Lists app in Microsoft 365 and next month with the Lists app in Microsoft Teams. Starting a list is easy.

When will the Microsoft lists app be available?

Note, Microsoft started to release Microsoft Lists at the end of July 2020. We released the Lists app for Microsoft Teams in August 2020. All of the above is for all commercial plans, education, and government (GCC, GCC-High and Do. D).

This is what I stumbled across. the Lists app in Microsoft Teams helps users in your organization track information, organize work, and manage workflows. With Lists, users can track data such as issues, assets, routines, contacts, inventory, incidents, loans, patients, and more using customizable views, rules, and alerts to keep everyone on the team in sync.

One way to think about this is the new Microsoft Lists home page and associated eight ready-made templates will begin roll out by end of July 2020 (soon), first to Targeted Release customers and then to the broader production environment – inclusive of enterprise, education, and government plans. The Lists app in Microsoft Teams will begin roll out by the end of August 2020.
