Right then, you can use Teams on Xbox One, but only via the Edge browser. There’s no proper app as of yet, which is a real shame for those hoping for a better experience.

You can connect to microsoft Teams already via the Edge browser in XBOX. You can view others via their webcam, however you cannot use a webcam / kinect to display you. In order to do this, Microsoft must make an XBOX version of the Microsoft Teams app.
While webcam support isn’t highlighted often by Microsoft, you can use a webcam with an Xbox Series X or S. You can also use them with the Xbox One and One S.
