Users have reported that folders that they did not create are appearing in their Apple Mail account, these folders may be called “Yammer Root” or “Files”. These folders are created by Office 365 and are harmless .

It’s not supposed to be visible to end users yet but is in most, if not all, Exchange Online mailboxes and can be seen if you look in the mailbox using MFCMAPI or Outlook, and spy. (There are actually 4 folders – Yammer Root plus 3 subfolders: Feeds, Inbound, Outbound.).
