Asana Rebel workouts are primarily focused on yoga, with elements of bodyweight strength training also involved. You won’t need any equipment except for a yoga mat and occasionally a block or towel. Workouts vary in duration from around 4 to 30 minutes.

Asana Rebel writes that there’s even MORE options in their latest update, including 60 new videos and search filters, but I updated my phone and the app, and nothing’s changed. I can’t access my old workouts (the “past workouts” is just a list that doesn’t take you anywhere).

There is an option to mute the music but it does not allow you to play your own music while in the app. When I contacted Asana Rebel to request a refund they directed me to Apple since I purchased through i, and tunes. What a farse!
