If you’re using a personal computer, Microsoft Teams cannot see what programs and apps you’re running on your device. It cannot monitor your computer activities. In other words, Teams can only track what is done within Teams.
In the left navigation of the Microsoft Teams admin center, select Analytics & reports > Usage reports. On the View reports tab, under Report, select Teams user activity. Under Date range, select a range, and then select Run report. The Teams user activity report can be viewed for trends over the last 7 days, 30 or 90 days.
