How do microsoft forms work?

Microsoft Forms allows users to create custom surveys, quizzes, polls, and questionnaires. It also can send an invitation to other users asking them to fill out the Microsoft Forms using a web browser on any device or computer. The creator can review the results in real time and can perform analysis on the collected data.

When I was reading we ran into the inquiry “What are forms in Microsoft forms?”.

Microsoft Forms is an application which allows you to create shareable surveys, quizzes and polls in minutes. Forms tracks participant responses, providing real-time results and analytics for your survey. Forms was originally only available on Office 365 Education, however Microsoft have since rolled out Forms to Office 365 commercial.

Re: Can Forms 365 add a calculated field @jo. Z99 no, unfortunately there is no functionality that lets you do calculations like that. If the people completing the form were in your organisation you could create a Power Apps form which does allow you to build quite complex calculations.
