Do I need More than one WebEx host license?
Anyone can join a Webex meeting as a participant, they don’t need a host license to attend a meeting. Why would I need more than one host license? Buying more than one host license allows your organization to host multiple meetings at the same time.
Do I need an attendee account to attend a WebEx session?
Note: Attendees do not need attendee accounts to attend Webex sessions unless the host requires that they have an account. If your Webex contract provides the concurrent license option, you can add any number of user accounts. Your contract limits the number of users who can simultaneously host or attend sessions.
When a booking is made, Webex Meetings session details are integrated with all Schedule. Once notifications and a Webex Meetings session will be automatically created based on the settings you created above.
