To print the entire page from the whiteboard during a Class Connect (Blackboard Collaborate) session, you will first need to save the whtieboard as a PDF document:
Go to: File > Save > Whiteboard
When prompted to enter a filename, change the file type to a PDF format
Open the document in Acrobat Reader
Print the document.
