Only the host, or a cohost if the host isn’t present, can record a meeting. You cannot record if the recording option is not available. If the cohost records the meeting, the meeting host still receives and owns the recording after the meeting ends. For more information on how your recordings are saved, see Record a Webex Meeting .
Go to webex. Com and sign in to your meeting space. Then, go to ‘Recordings’ from the navigation menu on the left. All your cloud recordings will appear on the ‘My Recorded Meetings’ page.

You can check for recordings here: https://help., and webex. Com/en-us/nuwqxdab/Find-your-Webex-Recordings If you’re unable to find it in the system then I would suggest opening a TAC case. They will be able to help you if you have the meeting number that is available in the invite.

For Windows: Recordings started from within a meeting are accessible from the Documents folder in My Computer. For Mac: Recordings started from within a meeting are accessible from the Home folder using Finder. These are the default paths for your local recordings, but you can also select a different path to save the recordings.
How do I get a recording of my meeting?
You can access your recordings and share or download them at anytime you need. If it’s not your meeting, reach out to the host of your meeting to get the recording. For a meeting associated with a space, a link for the meeting recording automatically appears in the space where the meeting took place.
How do I connect my computer to WebEx?
For the Webex App, go to the Options drop-down and select the option for your computer. Don’t see the computer option? The option may be disabled. Contact your Webex site administrator .
