The Eventbrite fees are nonrefundable, so we won’t return them to the ticket buyer when a refund is processed. But there are two exceptions. My favorite answer is If you’re issuing a full refund, choose who will pay the Eventbrite fees. Select the tickets and amount you want to refund. Can I publish a Facebook event on Eventbrite without any ticket types?
