We have to create an invoice then turn it into a “Packing List” to use as a delivery note, once we’ve printed it to go with the shipment, we turn it back into an invoice to send to the customer.

We are new Xero-ers and I’m amazed that this functionality ( Delivery Note) is not a quick adn simple process. Given that businesses like Foodstuffs are moving to SAP and they demand a paper delivery note with every delivery it is a real hassle to have to waste time with clunky workarounds.
