Log into your Office 365 account. On the Office 365 admin center, choose Purchase Services on the left menu. Choose Add next to the Project Online plan that you prefer, and follow the on-screen instructions. If you are using a trial version and want to pay for a subscription, choose Buy Now.
Our best answer is thought I had posted this last night, but apparently not. I’ve noticed on my M365 Business Premium subscription that Project For Office (Plan E5) is an available app, and is loading up fine. I’ve definitely not manually added Project on as an add-on; just noticed it the other day.

But with the coming Wave 15 version of Office 365, that list gets an addition: Project Online. There were strong hints a year ago that Microsoft planned to add Project (and Visio) to its Office 365 line-up, along with Dynamics CRM Online and Windows Intune.
