How to get respondents name from Microsoft forms into flows?
Re : Getting respondents Name from Microsoft Forms into Flows. You can use the action “Get User Profile (V2)” from “Office 365 Users”. In the field “User (UPN)” you insert the dynamic field “Responder’s Email”. After this you can use the fields from the “Get User Profile (V2)”.

While we were writing we ran into the query “Where can I find the responses to a form?”.
Within the page, click on ” Responses” . The detail of the responses will be in the Excel that can be opened, situated on the far right just below the status.
My answer is once you have data from your form, you can use Microsoft Flow to put that data in different places. A few examples would be an Excel spreadsheet, Share. Point List, or sent directly to your email.
How do I keep track of people who have responded?
Record name – Keep track of people that have responded to your form or quiz. One response per person – Limit form or quiz responses to only one per person. This will prevent individuals from filling out a form or quiz multiple times.
