Therefore, if you’re using Office 365 on a computer running Windows 7 we strongly recommend you move to Windows 10. Even though Windows 7 will no longer be supported after January 2020, we’ve decided to continue to provide you with security updates for Office 365 for the next 3 years, until January 2023.
You can use the Office Deployment Tool to deploy Microsoft 365 Apps on devices that are running Windows 7. But, you can’t use the Office Customization Toolor the Office 365 Installer wizard in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (current branch) to deploy Version 2002.

One way to consider this is non-subscription versions of Office, such as Office Home & Student, Office Home & Business, or Office Professional Plus, will continue to be fully supported based on the Fixed Lifecycle Policy.
