Microsoft 365 Family (former Office 365 Home) subscription doesn’t include Microsoft Teams, you can treat it as another independent Microsoft service. Technically, Teams for free is based on Azure Active Directory service which will not interact with your personal Microsoft account service. So there is no synchronization between them.
But starting with Version 1902, Teams is included as part of new installations of Microsoft 365 Apps. If Teams is already installed on the device, no changes are made to that installation of Teams.
