Most of the samples for the sample based instruments inside of logic Pro X are stored in Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Logic. The folders you want to move to your external sample hard drive are EXS Factory Samples and Ultrabeat Samples. Navigate to the Logic Pro X sample folders stored on the system hard drive.

Just select Zoom Audio Device as in and out from Zoom options, and join by computer audio. I have no idea why but Logic does the magic all by itself, without any sample rate conversione needed. I was just looking for someone who knows why does it happens.
