There are envelope purging options as a Docu. Sign feature so unless you use that functionality, I believe envelopes are stored indefinitely.
You can create folders to organize your Docu. Sign envelopes (containing the documents and signing progress information) within your Inbox, Sent, Deleted, Templates and Shared Templates folders. Click Add folder above the section where you would like to insert the new subfolder; a New Folder folder will appear.
