You could be wondering “How do I delete people from my Basecamp account?”
Delete people from your account from the Everyone page. Find and click the person you’d like to remove. On the top-right corner of that person person’s page, click “superpowers and access to projects.” Finally, click “Remove completely from Basecamp.” Only admins and the account owner can delete people from an account.
Alternatively, the account owner can file a ticket with our support team or write to support@basecamp. Com from the email address associated with their Basecamp ID, and we’ll be happy to help transfer the account. Transferring the account does not remove the credit card from the account.
Who owns a basecamp account?
Basecamp accounts are owned by individuals, not by organizations. When you sign up and create a Basecamp account, you are the owner of that account and all the data in it.

How do I cancel an account in adminland?
Once in Adminland, scroll down until you see the Owner Actions. Click on the option in orange to cancel the account: Cancellation takes effect immediately after you confirm it on the following page, so you may want to export your data first!
