Creating dynamic groups requires using Power. Shell to change the associated Active Directory group to make it dynamic. Only Microsoft 365 connected Yammer groups can be set up as dynamic groups. This means you must be enforcing Microsoft 365 or Office 365 identity in Yammer, and your Yammer network must have existing Microsoft 365 connected groups.
