Webex stores all your recorded meetings either locally on your computer or on your Webex site. You can access your recordings and share or download them from your Webex site .

Some articles claimed sign in to your Webex site . Select Recordings from the left navigation bar to see all of your Webex recordings. Depending on file size and bandwidth, it can take up to 24 hours to receive your recording. For Windows: Recordings started from within a meeting are accessible from the Documents folder in My Computer.
You could be thinking “Where can I find the transcript for my WebEx MP4 recordings?”
When the transcript is available it appears at the side of the recording. Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Common Site Settings > Options. Scroll down to Site Options and check the Create recording transcripts for all hosts’ MP4 recordings check box.

Can I enable automatic transcription for Cisco WebEx meetings and events?
For WBS39.5 and later, Automatic Recording Transcripts is now available. Webex meetings or events must be recorded in order to transcribe them. You can enable the automatic transcription of the audio for all recorded Cisco Webex meetings and events or you can enable the feature for specific users only.
