According to the Bing Blog, Microsoft has made two changes to Bing in response to companies that want to filter adult content: potentially explicit images and video content will now be coming from a single domain, explicit., and bing. Net, and source URL information will now be returned in the query string for images and video content.
Is it possible to watch videos from Bing?
I use Bing as a search engine, I really like that you can watch videos from You. Tube and other sites straight from Bing. Anyway, I tried watching a video in Bing and it wouldn’t work, then I tried the same thing with other videos, still nothing worked. When I click on watch from original site, videos usually play with no problem.

Does Bing’s new adult content filter affect your experience?
If that’s the bad news (ahem!), the good news is that the “Bing experience” does not change whatsoever for the user (that’s how it should be done!), but companies that want to filter adult content have it much easier now.
For example: Bing and Google wants to make sure that the person watching the adult contents is more than 18 years of age and has the rights to watch those contents in their state of law. However, if the contents are hidden due to Bing or Google Safe search filter, you may choose to disable the safe search filter to view all the contents.

As per the description, I understand that you are not able to view adult contents on your computer through Google and Bing search without signing in. Google and Bing safe search filter automatically gets turned on and stops the adult contents.
