The new dark mode is obviously not public yet, and Microsoft has so far not made things official. The company is only testing the new dark mode in the United States with a small number of users, and you may be able to get an early peek at it by going into the incognito mode of your browser.
Should I get the bing app?

@Shompinice go to edge://flags on the microsoft edge browser and then search dark mode and enable ” force dark mode” it will force dark mode on any site automatically no extensions required.
