Well, the answer is No. Satellites collect the images as they revolve around the earth over time, and it takes a specific cycle for each satellite to manage and update the images. Now here comes the question: How often does Google Earth Update? Security Why aren’t the updates continuous?

A single Google Earth update might contain a handful of cities or states. When Google releases an update, they also release a KLM file that outlines the updated regions in red, thereby letting everyone know what’s been changed and what’s still waiting on a refresher.

Google tries to get the “best” imagery for a given area so for example if clouds obsure the area and/or other reasons then an older image may be used rather than the latest image. Not common but it happens.
Next you’ll see a time slider which are the available dates. Pick the most date at the right of the slider for the most recent date. In Google Earth Pro make sure you also check “Status Bar” in view menu to see the image date at the bottom of map window.
