Microsoft Bing is a very distant second place behind Google when it comes to search engine marketshare globally, but the Redmond company reportedly thinks it can replace Google in at least one region.

I don’t think That Bing can beat Google by any mean. Google is the dominant search engine which made Yahoo on back foot and ultimately obsolete. Now as we see here Google is providing 80,90,000 results whereas Bing is providing 47,30,000 result for the same search query.
