Microsoft Teams Inline message translation is a Microsoft Teams feature that lets users translate Teams messages into the language specified by their personal language settings. Inline message translation is rolled out by default for your organization.

Microsoft Teams now supports on-the-spot translation for messages and personal chats. The translation is completed by Microsoft Translator for over 60 supported languages. The translate functionality is already enabled for those with Harvard Office 365 accounts.
If you receive a message in another language on your desktop PC, select More options > Translate at the top of the message. This will show a translation of the message into the language that you’ve set for Teams. Note: If you don’t see the translate option in Teams, contact your IT admin to make sure that it’s turned on.
