Take a look at windows volume mixer (right click volume icon in bottom right corner and press mixer. Edge likes to lower its volume down for some reason so check that. All the volume controls are set to 100%. If this is the problem, then I would recommend you to use the Volume Master extension which boosts the audio by 600%.
