Sorry, only the 4th generation Apple Tv supports the App Store. Older models have the Apps that they have, and the only wya to get newer Apps is for Apple to put out software updates that contain the Apps.
Prior generations don’t include an App Store. If you are indeed using a 4th generation Apple. TV and App Store is still nowhere to be seen you may need to restore to factory defaults. More info on that here:.
