It is not possible to use Remote Desktop for WIndows 10 Home edition, you can use Remote Desktop to connect to Windows 10 Pro and Enterprise editions. In your case you would need to upgrade to either Professional or Enterprise edition.

If you RDP in, the local user is automatically locked out and if another remote user logs on to the Windows 10 PC, it will take the session away – if they use the same user, they will take over the active session, otherwise the session will be locked and a new session with the new user created.
