The straight answer is no. Google voice doesn’t show up on phone bill simply because it doesn’t use the cellular network service in making it’s calls and text messages but rather it uses the internet.

Does vz show incoming calls from Google Voice?
In this case VZ will show that you called a Google Voice network access number only and number of minutes you talked, but the phone number you really called is not visible to VZ. For incoming calls, again if data connection is bad, it will show that your cell received a call from your GV#, but VZ wouldn’t know who really called you.
